In person, online, or both.

We run workshops, training days and coaching on site in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. We also build online learning people can use anywhere. Most programmes mix the two.

In person

Ways we work in person

  • Workshops

Half a day to 2 days.

  • Training programmes

A series of sessions over several weeks.

  • Train the trainer

Your own trainers learn to run sessions that change how people work.

  • Teacher and faculty development days

Active sessions for whole departments or schools.

  • On-the-job coaching

Support at work, as people try new skills.

  • Apprenticeship programmes

Learning on the job over several months, with structured practice and mentoring.

  • Blended programmes

A workshop, practice online, and a follow-up session.

How our workshops work

Before, during and after the day

  1. Step 1

    Before the day

We talk to the people who'll attend and collect real cases. Any pre-work they need to do takes under 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    On the day

Present a curious and relevant problem, give short explanations, then practice on real cases, with feedback.

  3. Step 3

    After the day

Follow-up practice on phones, a 1-page guide, and a check with managers after 30 days.

Why it matters

Why one training day isn't enough

About 1 in 3trainees still using what they learned a year later, as estimated by training professionalsSaks and Belcourt, 2006
61% vs 40%recalled after a week by students who practised recalling, compared with students who rereadRoediger and Karpicke, 2006
86%of employees say they learn by doingTalentLMS 2026, US survey of 1,000 employees

So we build practice and follow-up into every programme, not just the day itself.

Before and after

See how we make a difference

Here's a teacher training before and after we redesigned it. The workshop itself becomes the example teachers follow.

Before

Teacher training day

  • A 2-day seminar in a hall on "student-centred learning".
  • A trainer talks through 60 slides about active teaching.
  • A certificate. Any follow-up is a classroom observation with a checklist.
After

Teacher training, redesigned

  1. Change 1: Teachers learn it as students. The workshop is itself an active lesson, built around a puzzling local problem. Then we pause and unpack every move we made, and why.
  2. Change 2: Teachers remix it for their own class. In subject teams, they adapt it to next week's topic, choosing from a set of activity ideas. Each team rehearses 5 minutes with colleagues playing the students.
  3. Change 3: Student work, not inspection. Teachers bring back what their students made, a photo or a short voice note, and swap ideas in a short follow-up circle, in person or on WhatsApp.
  1. Reason for change 1: It's hard to copy a method you've only heard described. Living through it shows how it feels and why it works.
  2. Reason for change 2: Choosing and rehearsing their own version makes it theirs. Practice in a safe room builds confidence before the real class.
  3. Reason for change 3: Many teachers experience observation as a judgement. Looking at student work together keeps the focus on learning and makes it safe to try new things.
