How we work
Three steps, in plain words. You stay in control the whole way.
- Step 1
Start with what you have
Slides, recordings, old courses, policies and data. We look at all of it and find where learners get stuck.
We talk to your experts and map the route from what learners know today to what they need to do tomorrow.
- Step 2
Rework it and add practice
Clear goals for each step. We keep what works and rebuild the rest.
Every week or module gets practice and feedback, built with your experts. They review and approve as we go.
- Step 3
Launch and check it worked
We build it in your learning platform and test it thoroughly before launch.
Then we monitor and evaluate how the course performs, and tweak or maintain it as needed.
How long it takes
It depends on the scope: a couple of weeks for a short course, months for a full program. Move the slider to see a typical plan for one new online course.
About 9 weeks from start to finish, roughly 2 months

| Media creation | 4 | 6.5 | 2.5 weeks |
| Reviews and testing | 6.5 | 9 | 2.5 weeks |
Estimates for a new online course built from material you already have. Storyboarding, building, media and testing overlap. A full program of several courses takes months; we'll give you a real plan on a call.
You stay in control
Your experts own the content
They know the subject. We give it a shape, a pace and practice.
We work inside your systems
Your learning platform, your templates and your approval process.
You see work early
Short cycles with regular check-ins, so there are no surprises at the end.
